If you have trouble entering the members area, please try the following:

• You might try adding this site to your trusted sites list. In Internet Explorer, you can do this by selecting Tools, Internet Options, the Security tab , then click the Trusted Sites icon; this will enable the Sites button for you to click, then enter http://www.delvaltrs.org into the text box and click Add. ( Note: since this is not a secure login, it does not use https - you should also uncheck the box for Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone)
• Some security/firewall programs (like Norton Internet Security) maintain their own list of trusted sites. You may need to add the site by its IP address, which is 209.11.145.17
• Although it helps to have Javascript (Active Scripting in Internet Explorer) enabled, it is not necessary.
• The newsletter is in PDF format, which requires that ActiveX controls be enabled to view directly
• Make sure that you have the correct username and password, which you can obtain via email from the membership director (if you get a page that says Unauthorized then you have an incorrect username and/or password)
